Breakthroughs

Well this weekend the Mikulak household had many breakthroughs!

First of all, our little man; Ian (growing like a weed) started crawling this weekend! He finally got the courage and the strength to move himself forward on all fours! Ian is also grabbing onto furniture and practicing pulling himself up. We believe the driving force behind this is to get the soccer ball he and Daddy roll back and forth to each other, he loves the soccer ball! No wonder he chants "Dada, Dada, Dada..." all day long. Where's the love dude!? ;)

Secondly, Sydney had a dry diaper for about 7 hours on Saturday - told us every time she had to go and was so great about it. She was a sugar rush too right before bed - I think we might downgrade to m&ms now. Way to go baby girl...love you!

Lastly, David turned the dreaded 39 on Friday...I have the countdown going of how many more days he has left in his thirties. As I sit here and tease him about it, I dread that age. I didn't think anything of 29, but 39...it's going to be rough! Happy Birthday David - huge celebration next year!! We also celebrated David's birthday with a blissful 84 degrees and sunny weather. What a great day!

So I am on the last book in the Twilight series. I have about 500 pages left. So far so good...I can't put it down! I am sure everyone will be happy when I am done reading it so I can stop talking about it. (blah, blah, blah) I can't say that I will be the same.
